Holker participated in Earth the Wind and Fire's closing and closing ceremonies for the Olympic Games 2002. Holker has also been featured in Disney movies High School Musical, and High School Musical 2, as well. The actress has been featured in a range of commercials. She was promoted up to Top 8 in So You Think You Can Dance's 2nd season, and performed in the SYTYCD national tour. Louis Van Amstel was the choreographer of a performance called Ballroom with a Twist. On the PBS Special Tried and True, she was a part of the show along with Holker as well as Clay Aiken (American Idol Clay Aiken). Holker made an appearance to be a part of the Christina Perri music video Jar of Hearts. Holker danced Demi Lovato in the back during September/October of 2011. Holker has also been a dance instructor in various dance festivals and has also taught workshops in the US. He has also taken up choreography. Holker was a backup dancer on Brian Friedman on The X Factor USA. She did a dance routine together with Stephen Boss in Dancing with the Stars.
